We are Denise and Reginald Watkins, a husband and wife team passionate about helping others in the real estate market. Our motto is “Where There’s A Watkins, There’s A Way,” and we stand behind that with our combined skills and knowledge to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Meet Reginald!

Let us introduce ourselves. Reginald was born and raised in Washington DC and gained his electrical and plumbing licenses through education after working with his father in the family business. He also served in the US Army and later worked for a local University as an electrician for 32 years. After retiring, he dedicated himself to providing renovation services to homeowners and small businesses. Reginald loves basketball, and running, and is an avid scrabble and chess player. He is also a little bit of a comedian, and with eight children and seven grandchildren, there’s never a dull moment.

Meet Denise!

Denise, on the other hand, was born and raised in Washington DC and lived next door to Reginald. She started her career as a real estate agent after a bad experience with an agent who sold her first house, causing her to lose thousands of dollars. Denise then enrolled in real estate school, acquired her license, and began helping people understand the home buying and selling process. With over 20 years of experience, Denise has become an admired business owner and community digital market leader who is highly regarded by her clients, friends, and family. She loves running, reading, teaching, and being a business owner.
