Denise Watkins is an outstanding realtor. She is professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market. This is not my first time having Ms. Watkins as my realtor. We worked together two years ago when she sold my townhouse within two months. I was amazed at how fast it sold. Fast forward two years later, I was ready to become a homeowner again and I was not choosing anyone else but Ms. Watkins to help with that process. She is truly a blessing, very thorough and if you don't understand something, she will go over it again until you do. I appreciate her so much and I don't have a problem shouting out her name to other potential buyers and sellers. They will not be disappointed!!
